Sometimes you might encounter a review that feels wrong. Perhaps it's factually incorrect, written about the wrong event, written by a non-participant or not written about the race itself.

If this happens Racecheck offers you the option to Report a review for further investigation. If it is discovered that the review is indeed invalid then it would be removed from both your feed and public display.

1. Log in to your Race Organiser dashboard at Racecheck.com.
2. Click the menu icon (≡) in the top left corner and select "Events" from the dropdown.
3. Find the relevant event and click the event name, you can now see a feed of all reviews for that event
4. Under the chosen review click "Report".
5. Before submitting the report you need to select a "Reason for report" from the dropdown menu.
6. Click "Submit report"
