Firstly, don't panic.
It's part of the review arena that from time to time you might get some disgruntled feedback. Quite often a negative review could be a knee-jerk reaction to a finisher who hasn't had the race they expected and is looking for a channel to vent frustration.

If your event is otherwise popular, something reflected in other reviews, then a negative outlier won't impact the reputation of the race. In fact, being able to turn a negative review into a positive, through the way your reply to it, can be hugely beneficial and can be attractive to a reader.
