Because we aren’t hiding anything.

We have introduced the sales analytics as a Premium feature within the Racecheck subscription so that all event organisers can see the direct impact that Racecheck has on their event sales. We want to prove that we are adding value & increasing registrations and we can only prove that if you install the code!

Sales Tracking Explained

Phase 1 (Intent to Book)

The Intent to Book tracking tracks how many people click the ‘book now’ or ‘register now’ button on your event page or our review box after interacting with your review box in the last 30 days.

<aside> 💡 Fact: 1 device cannot be counted multiple times so the interactions are individual devices!

The first piece of code should be installed onto the page you want the tracking to be active and the second piece should be installed onto any buttons/links that refer the customer to the registration process.

Phase 2 (Completed Sales)

The Completed Sales tracking tracks how many people complete a registration after interacting with the review box.

Copy the code onto the page which confirms a registration has been completed whether that be a confirmation or thank you page! If a registration company handles your entires, you can ask them to install the code onto the page for you.

<aside> 💡 We are currently talking with a number of registration platforms to create an integration with them so that they allow you to install the completed sales tracking very easily. If your current registration platform doesn’t allow this, the first level of tracking ‘intent to book’ is still vital and valuable information and much more than any other review site gives you!
