Register for a free review box with Racecheck

Activating a Review Box is easy.

When you first log in to your Racecheck Organiser Dashboard click 'Add or claim an event' and the Racecheck team will request some basic information about your event in order to generate a listing. Once approved, your Free event listing will show up within the 'Events' page and you will be ready to go!

Finding & Installing Your Review Box Code

You have registered with Racecheck, now it's time to take your race to the next level by activating a free review box and pasting the code into your website.

1. Click the menu icon (≡) in the top left corner and select "Events" from the dropdown.
2. You will now be able to see all of the events that you have registered and that are eligible for a Review Box.
3. For your chosen race click the “Widgets” tab.
4. The dashboard will display 4 widget types: 2 free & 2 premium, for this example we are going to choose the free review box!
5. Now you can go in and manage the display settings to select where the review box will display when installed onto your website. Upgrade to a Premium Review Box so you can customise your Review Box
6. Once you are happy with the display settings shown in the preview tab on the right, select the green button on the right, ‘View installation code’
7. Copy the unique Review Box code and either forward it to your web developer or paste it into your website's back-end codebase.

The code that you need to copy looks like this:

<aside> 💡 Even if you have zero reviews, a Review Box will still appear on your website to show that you are partnered with Racecheck. A message will be displayed inside the box - "Took part? Leave a review" - encouraging your finishers to start leaving feedback about the race.

Once the code is installed onto your website, you should be good to go!
